John Lewis Christmas 2024
In 2024, our team at That Lot collaborated with John Lewis to support the highly anticipated launch of their Christmas ad, The Gifting Hour. We joined their war room on launch day—a surreal experience, surrounded by 50 people blasting Mariah Carey while managing the buzz of one of the biggest campaigns of the year.
We monitored comments and reactions across social media, jumping in to engage audiences in real time. As part of the community management, I crafted reactive memes and GIFs inspired by the ad’s themes, bringing a playful and personal edge to the online conversation. The focus was on speed and creativity, making it a fast-paced, high-energy, and truly festive experience unlike any other.
